HFS is a personal training studio that’s been going since the early 2000s. We run Strength and conditioning classes ,Boot camp classes, Core classes, Boxing / Kickboxing Fitness classes, Functional and plyometric classes, HIIT classes and many more to choose from. We currently have 4 trainers with a completely different dynamic to choose from.
HFS is very friend & family orientated and we believe in forming good relationships with each Client wether they join a group or train 1 on 1 with a trainer. HFS Always looks at new ideas to help keep our clients motivated and consistent and do things like go and train on the beach or join a warrior race or Jump city.
We also work closely with Core Medical Center which is directly above us and work allot with clients who need injury rehab and get the correct advice from our Biokineticists & Physios.
