boxing fit challenge

A new improved boxing challenge straight out of HFS starting on the 4th of September. This  6 week program will focus on teaching you new boxing techniques as well as really focusing on your fitness.  Kickstart your summer body training with this fun new challenge.

TRAINING TIMES:

Mondays: 5am, 6am & 5:30pm

Tuesdays: 5am, 6am & 5:30pm

Thursdays: 5am, 6am & 5:30pm
